Dr Alice is someone who is genuine about her job.and has excellent doctorly bed'-side manners for folks that are sick and need attention. I feel extremely fortunate that she is my doctor. I refuse to see any other internist.

Dr. Kerr works really hard to accommodate iur needs and treat our conditions. She is, however, hampered by ling wait times for seeing her or getting tests,etc done.

Because there wasn't an option for an even higher number to rate. I'm relatively new but I've been going there with my wife for 4-5 years. She has been the best Doctor my wife has ever had. She has also connected us with all the other doctors my wife has needed.

Dr. Alice Kerr, is an excellent primary care physician, in my opinion. She has great communication skills, and goes far beyond and above in taking care of her patients. Her work ethics are demonstrated in how she has returned calls, made health referrals up on request and returned calls in a timely manner.

Dr. Kerr cares for the entire person. Mind, body and soul. It is clear she performs a thorough chart inspection prior to every visit I have with her. She references up to date medical events in my life. She also remembers the intangible aspects and priorities in my life, such as hobbies, lifestyle and family. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Kerr, she is my ally and I'm grateful to have her as my Doctor. Also, the MA Gregina was exceptional. She is warm, professional and clearly great at her job.
