He identified the reason for my eye's condition, provided clear instructions for avoiding inspection spread and demonstrated the technique for cleaning the eye & applying antibacterial agent. He provided name of ophthalmologist in the bldg if I needed someone local. He was concerned for my discomfort when he removed the pustule from my eyelid . He managed to be v pkeasant throughout the visit.
