Dr. Feingold suggested I come in for an in person visit, as I was struggling with emotional trauma feelings. I did follow up with her suggestion to meet in person. Dr. Feingold met me in the waiting room and was so kind and compassionate. She gave me her full attention during my visit, and helped me receive calm from a mindfulness meditation. Her care allowed me to engage in my daily activities without fear and anxiety. Her presence brought an awareness that she knew just what was necessary to help me with my feelings. She is a lifeline for me as I navigate my recovery!!!!

Dr. Feingold is the perfect blend of calm, reassuring, brilliant, a great listener, kind, practical, knowledgeable, talented, and helpful. The survey only allows 0-10 on that scale, I would give her at least 100 Consistently, I come with a problem, I leave without one.

External Professional Relationships

Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
