5.0 star star star star starExcellent care. Dr Rich is the best. Not too many doctors pay so much attention to me. He spent the time to explain everything to me including how to exercise the right way. I appreciate him. He saved my life and he helping to keep my heart failure under control. Gemma NP is so great and responsive. She helps me monitor my health and helps me all the time.

4.0 star star star star star_borderDr. Rich is all business, first class guy. Problem is it is hard to get timely appointments with him. Seems the plan is to see his Nursing staff more often. No disrespect to the nurses but, at this stage in my life and health status, I feel the need for direct face to face with my treating physician.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Rich is kind, caring and a great doctor. He is a good listener and spent time explaining his treatment plan to address my mom’s complicated and critical condition. He was able to build trust with his patient during this first visit through his caring and confidence. Dr Rich is the best cardiologist my mom ever had.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
