5.0 star star star star starDr. Weber was terrific. I can't tell you how happy I am to have finally found someone who understands what I was looking for this issue - focussing on restoring function and strength - not surgery.

5.0 star star star star starHe went through all my MRI images and explained the true situation with my back and recommendations for relieving pain/tingling. Very knowledgeable and I am glad I waited 4 weeks to see him after my MRI. He scheduled a CT scan Stat which was completed the same day and recommended an MRI for my neck since it was a new symptom that appeared during physical therapy exercise treatment plan.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Weber is by far one of the most comprehensive and fully competent doctors I have met regarding my issue. He has fully explain the treatment plan from all of the different stages and has helped me understand it in plain English so that I know how to monitor my situation the best way possible. He has been very flexible with treatment options, but always giving me what he believes to be the best course of action

5.0 star star star star starDr. Weber is excellent. He takes the time to explain everything in layman's terms, his approach to treatment is balanced, and he's one of the friendliest and most approachable doctor's I have ever met. I feel like I'm in good hands, which is very comforting for patients like me who have a number of issues that can cause a lot of anxiety!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Weber has been the ONLY provider to take the time to thoroughly HEAR(not just listen) what is going on with my spine, validate me and my concerns, along with taking into consideration my cultural beliefs. He was compassionate, kind, caring and didn't treat me like a page in a textbook. It was a lengthy appointment with a great deal of discussion yet he never appeared 'hurried' or 'rushed'-taking the time to comprehend what a patient is living with on a daily basis and finding resolutions, ordering tests, along with his staff being highly efficient in getting chart notes and imaging sent over to coordinating providers. I left my appointment feeling heard and validated by Dr. Weber and his team. He and his team are phenomenal and I have already highly recommended him to three of my own patients. Thank you, Dr. Weber (and team) for knowing the difference between listening and hearing your patients;it truly makes a world of difference!!

5.0 star star star star starDr Weber had a good bedside manner and listened. He had obviously looked at my file before coming into the room and focused on positive outcomes. Others in the department have made me feel like nothing was wrong and I didn't need to be there, but he made me feel welcome and finally made me feel like some progress is being made.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
