5.0 star star star star starHe was very thorough and was not quick to medicate. He wants to find the reason for my mother's pain and not just give her more pills or shots. Answers first and treatment second. I really appreciate that.

5.0 star star star star starThe physician followed up with discharged information from the ER per their recommendation from my pervious visit . Which led to my current condition as to how I was feeling, followed by an exam. At the end of exam further recommendations to my betterment were made. I really liked the attentiveness looking up my past records when I mentioned who treated me for similar problem in the past. Very pleasing visit and look forward to seer him again.

5.0 star star star star starPlease see responses above about Dr. Weber. I appreciated that Dr. Weber came back to my room to ask me about an MRI he was prescribing. I appreciated him consulting me. Thoughtful. Kind. Considerate. He was also very thoughtful in apologizing to me for being late for my appointment. I felt treated like a person and I would return to see Dr. Weber if needed. Thank you.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Weber put the MRI up on the computer screens so he could explain what was what and what was going on. He had me walk around the room so he could check my balance, checked my reflexes, and did some type of testing with my fingers. I think he called it the Hoffman ??. He was very friendly, polite, and seemed very knowledgeable. I thought he was coming back into the room because I did have a couple of questions for him. However, I can ask him those on MyChart . The one thing that bothers me most is the fact that I am in pain. My ears hurt so bad as well as my head and most of my neck. It seems like Tylenol is my only option for pain relief. But I have heart issues, digestive disease issues, and I have a problem with taking medications that make me sick.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
