5.0 star star star star starHe explained the score that I had in the past and the score I got today and what that means. It is important. I would give someone a 10 when they make sure you understand. Dr. Keesling made me feel that he completely could understand how frustrated I am was not being able to hear and was willing to try to help fix the problem. He wanted me to understand he was just one part of the team that was going to try to fix the problem. I give him a 10 for and would recommend him to others You want him on your team.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Keesling conducted my 4yo son's hearing test and made him feel at ease throughout the experience. Dr. Keesling explained everything to me thoroughly, and provided clear next steps for better determining how best we can support my son's potential hearing loss. I am grateful to NM for far superior care than our family has received out of state; we couldn't be happier and will recommend NM Audiology to everyone we encounter with relevant provider needs.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
