Kristen was incredibly thorough with checking my symptoms and ensuring the medications provided would be okay with my upcoming IVF cycle. Kristen is a great interviewer, thorough, kind. I felt cared for. Same with tech from the team. My test results were quick and helpful. Unfortunately, some kind of miscommunication around a strep test, swabbed but not found in system. I'd definitely recommend all the same. Great place, from entry to exit.
