Kristen OConnell who was the PA who saw me was the most helpful and reassuring. I have experienced issues with bellspalsy before and have never had any caretaker make me feel as calm and sure of the course of action. Even when other providers were not helpful, Kristen immediately stepped in and made sure I was given the immediate and most efficient care available. Would definitely recommend anyone I know back there knowing someone like Kristen is there to help.
