Dr. Michel was filling in for my usual doctor, who is on leave of absence. But never once did I feel like Dr. Michel was "going through the motions." He was thorough and was extremely helpful. He is experienced which is more than I can say for some of the doctors. Some of them are younger than my grandchildren and they walk in the room and call me by my first name. So disrespectful. My husband was a physician and never called his patients by their first name. They all me Eve and introduce themselves as doctor so and so.
