5.0 star star star star starAs a fellow physician, I have rarely come across a provider like Dr. Richardson in practice. She is upstanding, caring, considerate, and most importantly, a strong advocate for her patients! I am humbled by her care and I hope very much to be her patient for as long as possible -that is, of course, should my present diagnoses need continued, active care. Dr. Richardson is an extraordinary clinician and researcher who I hope one day is well-recognized not only for her accomplishments on paper, but also at the bedside.

5.0 star star star star starShe is very thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable. At my regular visit I brought up some concerns. While I was still there, she telephoned another of my specialists and they collaborated for further assessments. Secondly, there were issues with preauthorization of a medication. In addition to the nurse following up, she also personally called me back to update me on the status.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Richardson is caring, knowledgeable, adaptable, and always good for some laughter. She takes her time, explains things well, and listens. I feel like I'm in good hands even though my preference is to NOT have the ailments that get me to her office.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Richardson is very kind and caring. She knows about scaleraderma, and remembers my problems. (or reads my file before she comes in.) It is the first time I feel I have a team of doctors that know my problems and don't think it is all in my mind. Thank you so much Dr. Richardson.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Richardson is an expert in the field of Rheumatology and her medical care has been extremely helpful to me. Just as important is the care and compassion that she has bestowed on me and most likely all of her patients. She explains everything in a way that resonates with me and gives me peace of mind. She is a very kind and pleasant individual and takes the time I need for my condition. I was a patient of hers at Rush Medical Center and decided to switch to NWMH Rheumatology and continue as her patient.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
