Ashley went above and beyond!!!! Spent as much time with me and my wife as we needed. Answered every question and explained everything in a way we could understand. She never rushed us. She returned every mychart message and phone call. She fulfilled every request from insurance paperwork to getting the urgent tests ordered to making time for a stat office visit. She was incredible! I am well today because of the caring and diligent staff in the ID department. Thanks to all! Especially Ashley and Dr. [ ].
