He was great! Very friendly and personable. While our strep test was neg he did recommend that we could do the culture so we would not need to return from antibiotics. We would not want to wait again. Our Nurse was also great and funny. They both kept everything very upbeat.

Matthew was incredible. He had a terrible challenge trying to remove a part of my hearing aid that was lodged in my ear canal but he was clever and persistent, very thoughtful and most important, successful. It wasn’t easy. I was so grateful.
