5.0 star star star star starGreat at explaining each and every test results and next steps in treatment. Took her time in checking out our son. Asked questions and listened to all our concerns. Never felt rushed or pushed out.

5.0 star star star star starShe was quick to let me know this was what to expect and that I was doing everything right with my leg injury. Suggested non adhesive bandages and warm compresses along with elevation of the foot and leg. Advised me that this will be an issue for weeks and months to come.

5.0 star star star star starSo so kind, so informative and made me feel very comfortable. Jamie was amazing. I'm not sure her name, but the nurse taking care of me was out of this world truly. She was swabbing me and I apologized for coughing in her face on accident and she said "please no sorries look how much protection I have on, you are totally fine hun, whatever you need okay?" So sweet. So so sweet. I felt very lucky to have had her taking care of me <3

5.0 star star star star starShe was so kind. She spoke to me in layman's terms. I asked her a lot of questions and she took the time to LISTEN and answered them all. I felt I was actually being heard. I wasn't a number. I was a human, ridiculous as I might have been.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
