5.0 star star star star starDr. Ansari has been there for me from the very beginning of my transplant journey. I couldn't ask for a better match for me and my needs. He is so knowledgeable and so patient. He answers all my questions and always brings up my concerns before I even mention them. I feel completely comfortable and confident in everything he recommends for me and for all the care he gives to me.

5.0 star star star star starHe is extremely knowledgeable, has great attention to detail, has guided me through my one year, kidney transplant recovery, and always spends as much time as needed reviewing my chart and answering any and all questions. Clearly he is a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 and deserves a 5 star rating!

5.0 star star star star starHe was very thorough, listened well and provided an enormous amount of information within a reasonable amount of time. You could tell he was digging deep but he did it with a great deal of respect and compassion. He had a positive approach and was encouraging, without giving false hope.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
