Very knowledgable and attentive. She never leaves you hangin' - if you have a question via MyChart, she gets back to you first thing in the morning/within the hour (depending on the time you sent the message). Liz also takes time to thoroughly explain everything going on.

She offered me options and asked several questions to ensure that I had not had a more serious injury. I left with the option learning that I should be using heat on my injury when I thought it should have been iced. She also explained the reasoning behind that. I am very happy with the service and knowledge she provided. Thank you!

Let us start with... she listens. She answers your questions, toughly. When she says, she doesn't know, it is because she needs the lab reports. She is soooo comb, and you find yourself relaxing and (Part Of The Team) to get you back on track, to be all you can be.
