5.0 star star star star starMy first visit with him today was very pleasant, comprehensive, with good communication both ways. He had reviewed my records and went over these with me and ask my clarification when needed. He made recommendations for continuing night, treatment, and order a couple of tests and procedures, and explained why he was recommending them. He was clear and straightforward about what steps I need to take to improve my health, and also encouraged me to talk to my primary care physician about these

5.0 star star star star starDr. Silverberg is not only a knowledgeable physician, he is also one of the finest people I have ever met. His concern about his patients and their well being is evident. He is the model by which all physicians should be judged.

5.0 star star star star starHe had a logical and concise interview technique. Coupled with his personality, I enjoyed the interaction and felt he really got to the meat of my issue. I especially liked his note taking that resulted in a good summary of my health and possible coarse of action.

5.0 star star star star starDr Silverberg has been my cardiologist "by choice" from the very beginning of my heart issues & I've never had any reason to question that decision whatsoever. He's "the best of the best" in his field of medical practice.

5.0 star star star star starIt feels like I'm being cared for by a family member. With all the 3 surgeries I've had-he's a very understanding person and good advisor. Even if i don't want to hear what he has to say-he's always right, and looks out for me like a father. Can't get any better than that.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
