I selected Dr. Tan based on his credentials and education as published on Northwestern Medicine's website. After my initial consultation, I was very confident that Dr. Tan was quite capable and experienced with my septum and sinus issues. The tests he had me take made sense and the resulting guidance he provided for me to make my decision to have surgery was very clear and logical.

Dr. Tan is an exceptional doctor. Dr. Tan was very thoughtful, thorough and knowledgeable. I was so impressed that he was aware of my past history and obviously had looked over my chart before we met. I appreciated the time he spent with me. I also appreciated his answering all my questions. I will most definitely refer him to anyone looking for an ENT doctor. He met any and all of my hopeful expectations today. Thank you Dr. Tan.

I highly recommend Dr. Tan for his taking a good care of me for this visit. I came to him for my nose issue, which the previous visit to Dr. Kern did not resolve. Dr. Tan was patient and had a thorough examination of my nose. I appreciated his spending time explaining all to me and discussing the possible solutions. I felt respected. During this visit, Dr. Tan's student was observing beside, which was different from my previous visit with Dr. Kern, whose student spent almost all the time with me and he showed up for a few minutes. I am very satisfied with the overall interaction with Dr. Tan during this visit to him today. Following his advice, I got the those nose sprays and started using them, already feeling effect.

This is my initial visit with Dr Bruce Tan , he addressed my medical concerns thoroughly and clearly which reflected his excellent skills and knowledge in the field . He listened attentively , I felt heard , did not appear rushed and reviewed my medical history in details . He was forthright with tests needed and not needed. Reassured me that he will write his treatment recommendations for my PCP to note.
