Dr Spinelli has always listened carefully to any concerns I have had, and has provided thorough and caring responses. I was in Florida last year and needed hearing aid repair. I asked Dr Spinelli for suggestions, and she sent me several choices of repair services - with titles, addresses, and phone numbers of each in my area. In another instance, during a routine check, she determined that I needed the services of another hearing specialist and arranged for me to visit her for care at the time, to keep me from having to travel back for this extra care.

She is an expert in her field and informed me my hearing aids' warranty was expiring soon (on prior late July appointment). I have been conversing with her on mychart about the ongoing issues with them. And we recently traded messages about my proceeding to drop them off (including their charger) to get them all replaced.
