Angela did a telehealth visit via phone. She explained my upcoming procedure and what to expect immediately after surgery. She confirmed with me the importance of the pre-op visit and other testing that were scheduled. She took time to listen to my concerns and answer questions from me and my husband.

I love the way she interacts--very professionally but warmly professional. She offers encouragement like "you are doing great" and tells me why she thinks so. She asked me the usual questions about pain and inability to perform activities. Then, her engaged responses made me feel more confident than I have ever felt that I am doing the right thing--(physical therapy exercises at home and no surgery). Note--no one at NW has encouraged me to get surgery and all have patiently answered questions and been helpful. But Angela's warmth, including her sense of humor, was particularly helpful.
