4.0 star star star star star_borderShivani was very polite and helpful. Answered some of my questions. I inquired about symptoms I was having with one of my incisions post-op and I didn't get clear answers or what her differential diagnoses were. During the conversation she said "it would be overkill but we could order a CT scan". While I understand the sentiment, we felt it was a very poor use of words and made me feel as if I was complaining/seeking something that wasn't necessary.
