5.0 star star star star starJennifer took the time to ask me questions and explained her concerns and what the diagnosis were. She referred me to doctors that she felt was important for me to see. What I really appreciated was when she started typing she pardoned herself with an apology for not looking at me for that moment And she accompanied me to the lobby with a friendly conversation.

5.0 star star star star starDr. DeGuzman was very personable - she actually gave me a one-liner about who she was professionally. This was very helpful in putting me at ease since I was not seeing Dr. [last name]. Her review of my history was comprehensive, and she moved through the encounter with ease - taking time to verify any conflicting comments made by me. She made me feel a part of my medical care. When I thought she could not be more perfect, she sent me a follow-up note in MyChart to see if I had initiated my to do list. She is amazing, and I look forward to continued care under her supervision as Dr. [last name] directs.

5.0 star star star star starJennifer is very professional and made me feel at ease. When she asked me a question and I wasn't too sure on how to answer. She explained it in a different way, which made it easier for me to understand how to answer the question correctly. She gave me good advice on how to keep on track with my health. Jennifer asked me if I was taking my Omega-3-Acid pills, 2 Capsules by Mouth twice Daily. I said no I was talking 1 pill 2x's a day. I thanked her for pointing that out. NorthWestern is lucky to have someone like Jennifer.

5.0 star star star star starDr DeGuzman was friendly upon meeting. After describing my issues, she thoroughly explained the correlation to organs and sleep apnea effects to them all. Now I have a sense of urgency to screen for it. Prior, I was unmotivated. She convinced me of the importance of it. Also she cleaned her stethoscope and used hand sanitizer before exam. As a germaphobe I felt at ease. Overall pleased with Dr DeGuzman. Impressive!
