My appointment with Jennifer Deguzman went very well. She spent sufficient time to find out about my lifestyle and made suggestions to ensure that my HCM doesn't progress. She referred me to a specialist to discuss possible sleep apnea.

Jennifer P. Deguzman, PA-C was wonderful. At first I was concerned because I thought I was going to see the Doctor. But after seeing Ms. Deguzman I told her I look forward to seeing her next year. She responded with I will see the Dr. next year. I then told her I wish it was you I was seeing.

She took her time to go through my record and to make sure I understood everything that I needed to have done. She was friendly, but most of all she pushed me in the wheelchair to checkout. No doctor has ever done that before. If wheelchair service didn;t come I was on my own. I'll never forget her kindness.

Jennifer asked me many questions prior to answering my questions. She explained things throughly and made sure I understood everything. Her demeanor and service were outstanding. Average service gets. Priced but quality service creates loyalty. Jennifer provided quality service, repeated my questions to make sure she understood, and at no time did I feel rushed. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the cardiology team, especially Jennifer! Finally, she walked me up to scheduling to ensure my appointments were made. You can't ask for more than that!!!
