Her preparation before the appointment,her intelligence, her interest in me as a patient and her conveyance of the fact that she was aware of my condition and treatment that would benefit me. Some of your doctors do not have even one of her qualities.

I really like Dr Pickens and would strongly recommend her to others. Not only did she look at my "pulmonary" problem but reviewed other tests and asked me questions about follow up on one of them. I did not feel that she was rushed. She took her time to understand, from my perspective, why I was there to see her.
