5.0 star star star star starDr. Fackler-Chapman is the best primary care physician I have ever had. She takes the time to listen and address all of my concerns. She is insightful, knowledgeable, and caring. However, she is so good that her schedule is quite full and one's next appointment will likely be several weeks after the target date. That, too, reflects well on her.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Fackler-Chapman has been my primary care since I was 6 years old. She also oversaw my grandparents, parents, and siblings and their family's medical care. She's the reason we have stayed with fox valley family physicians. She always gives plenty of her time and is extremely thorough. You can tell she genuinely cares.

She's kind; she answers all my questions; she explains things thoroughly. I just think she is a wonderful doctor!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
