5.0 star star star star starI've been going to Dr Fackler for years. She always listens to my concerns and comes up with a solution to meet my needs. She is by far the very best Primary Care Dr. you are very fortunate to have her affiliated with Northwestern Med. Plus I'm blessed to have her as my Dr.

5.0 star star star star starI have been receiving care from Dr. Chapman for several years. I have very impressed with her willingness to spend the time needed to understand the current state of my health. I know her time must be very limited. However, I never feel like she is rushing through the appointment. She is extremely thorough in her examinations, questions, and getting to know any concerns I might have. I appreciate the kind care she gives to me.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
