I really want to thank Kirsten, as she saved me tremendously this week. I came in on Tuesday 2/10/26 in the afternoon for lower right abdominal pain and right lower back pain. She highly suggested that I get a CT scan at the ER. I asked if there was any way I could be seen at Glenview to avoid the ER. She contacted them around 3:30pm and ran back in and told me I had to get there by 4:00pm. My CT came back with acute appendicitis and needed to be admitted to the hospital and prepped for surgery. If I hadn't listen to Kirsten, I may have let it ride and dealt with a bigger problem later. Thank you so much for your help!
