I started with Dr. Kissinger 30 years ago and was switched to another doctor in the group and stayed with him for almost 20 years before going to UCHICAGO Medicine, due to working for the University Of Chicago and my insurance plan being UCHICAGO exclusive. Upon returning back to NW for my healthcare, I, again, chose NW Primary Care and came back to Dr. Kissinger, because I adore her and know that she has always gone above and beyond to assist me with whatever issue(s) I have had. I know that doctors' practices are EXTREMELY busy and can oftentimes feel like a "Cattle Call". However, as busy as Dr. Kissinger might be, she has always and continues to provide me with her UNdivided attention as her patient. Dr. Kissinger is an ABSOLUTE Gem and a COMPLETE asset to this team of physicians!

Dr Kissinger truly cares about wellbeing of her patients. She is always there when you need her. Her exams are very thorough, and her questions are so sincere. I travel almost 3 hours one way to see her and i am never disappointed. Great doctor!
