Extremely nice, smart, thorough, great listener, provided excellent suggestions for additional work up and treatment. Sent the results via MyChart within an hour of our visit. Then followed up by phone soon thereafter to make sure I was aware of the information. I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Bayer. From the beginning, she communicated quickly to the team at the ICC that I needed an xray followed by a nasal swab. When I arrived at the front door, even the PSR was expecting me. I was quickly brought back to radiology by the technician. As soon as she was finished imaging me, she walked me 2 feet into the hands of the MA who then performed my nasal swab. I have NEVER experienced such efficiency, thoroughness and compassion from so many at one time in ANY organization (and I've practiced medicine for over 25 years). Thank you NM, I'm proud to be a part of this very special place.

I thought she was awesome, Truly, I thought she did her job very well, especially thoroughly Even though we didn't have a lot of time because I had to get to the bus stop to pick up my daughter, but she gave me all the information I needed as well. The questions that she needed to ask and we'll figure this out. If someone can think her for me, that would be wonderful.
