5.0 star star star star starDr Fracol was nothing short of an artist with the best bedside manner, making me feel that she truly cares about me and my results. I think Dr Fracol is very humble, soft spoken and not a show off plastic surgeon. The professionalism shown, caring nature, talent, skill and confidence makes Dr Fracol someone I can confidently recommend to friends and family and would return to in the future. Her nurse Veronica and her scheduling coordinator Elma were awesome too!

5.0 star star star star starDr Fracol is a very impressive professional. She leads her team with great respect. I also felt very heard during my consultation. She processed my options aloud, clearly articulating the pros and cons. All my questions were answered and I felt a sense of calm when I left.

5.0 star star star star starI was there for a consult for breast reconstruction post double mastectomy. Dr. Fracol was incredibly warm and empathetic. This is not the case with all plastic surgeons. I was emotional and scared, being just a week or so out from a cancer diagnosis. She walked me through the options and answered questions, and I felt like she would have taken all the time I needed during the appointment. She also offered up a follow up telehealth or in person consult if I had more questions or concerns. I couldn't have asked for anything else.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Fracol is the best. A year ago I learned unexpectedly that I needed additional surgery. I am so happy that I picked Dr. Fracol to be my surgeon. She is kind, caring, supportive and very talented. All of my questions and concerns were always addressed. I received a prompt response even when calling after hours. I have worked closely with her over the past year and know that I received the very best care. Everyone on her team is wonderful!

5.0 star star star star starI had other cosmetic surgeons for my original mastectomy reconstruction in the past. They were decent people and I have no complaints about them. However, I did not know about the reconstruction options that I was given by Dr. Fracol. I wished I had done my mastectomy and reconstruction at Northwestern after meeting Dr. Fracol. She did not make me feel rushed and I feel really happy about the goals we set. I feel like she explored all options and we were able to decide what worked best for my lifestyle. I couldn't be happier. I feel like my care was personalized and I am excited for the surgery.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
