Dr. Cardona was amazing! She let me explain what I was feeling and made sure to get extra testing done, which I was always denied with other doctors. She took the time to listen to me and give recommendations to the following steps of what is to come. I would recommend her to any person who is struggling to be heard within the medical system.

Dr Cardona was thorough, informed, kind & respectful. She was patient & carefully listened to my concerns. She took time to clearly outline next steps including timeline with instructions. Her staff was professional and friendly. Clean & new office space & exam rooms make for very comfortable visit. Had ice machine & water available. Lab is right next door to Suite C.

Dr. Cardona knows her stuff and relays the critical information effectively. Impressive for such a young doctor. Dr. Cardona is also caring and professional and seems to really enjoy what she is doing. The wait is among the shortest I have had with any doctor so she respects her patient's time. I needed extra doses of a medicine because of international travel and she went out of her way to help with that. Great experience overall.

The doctor has time to explain, never in a rush. She listens and makes sure you're are comfortable with the care. She makes sure you are at ease and says to call or message her or her staff if anything out of the ordinary arises. I'm glad she was recommended by another Northwestern doctor.

As said above, she was very professional, thorough, interested in understanding my history, articulate in explaining blood lab reports and interface of medications, lab, diet , lifestyle, genetics, on my health. Very personable and gave a lot of time to the first encounter. I also liked the NM summary report print out as I am relying on it for my follow-up action plan.

I was really nervous about meeting my new doctor. Dr Cardona was just as knowledgeable as my other doctor. This was my first visit with Dr Cardona she made feel really comfortable. I had so many questions, she took her time to explain and gave examples. Now I'm able to make better health decisions after talking with the Doctor.
