She not only put me at ease, she had done her homework and took the time to fully understand my neck issues before seeing me. When we got together she thoroughly reviewed my charts with me to ensure I had a complete picture of my condition. At the end of my appointment she made sure that we both agreed on my next steps. She is very good at her job.
