She really took her time to understand my situation and was prepared and read my file I also had a question later on and she ended up calling me back, which was amazing You know like when you see the TV programs where the doctors are all interactive with their patients and and do you think this will never happen in real life But it does at Northwestern

Alex was unbelievably responsive and clear in her communication. Any question I had was answered quickly and Cleary. That alone helped make this whole experience a good one.
