I saw a lovely assistant today not back to alter himself but that's okay I was released to be able to care for my daughter and I am in 7th Heaven about finally reaching my goal to have healed sufficiently to do that and was told that if there was any problem that I could wait and he would come in and check me himself but we did not have a problem and I felt well cared for by his team

Well, he's an excellent surgeon... and I recommend him with complete confidence and certainty!! From the first consultation, he gave me an answer that put an end to my doubts and fears... since he asked me if I was worried, I answered yes of course, and he turned to look at me and told me that he wasn't worried because everything would be fine. He said this with great confidence, which gave me the faith and security I needed. A thousand thanks, and may God continue to bless you!!

Going to a gynecological oncologist is not something anyone looks forward to, but Dr. Alter puts people at ease. I have received the very best care, from the initial diagnosis through two surgeries and now throughout post-surgery issues. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone dealing with a gynecological cancer.

Dr. Alter has been my surgeon twice this year & I believe he is most professional and knowledgeable. He performed a hysterectomy via DaVinci method which was an amazing experience & I went home the same day. My second surgery was this month and I am still healing from removal of EMPD tissue. I never heard of this as it is rare. The staff at the cancer center in Warrenville have been a great support. Thank you.
