His incredible knowledge plus his very relatable approach. He immediately puts the patient at ease and is entirely focused on the patient when he is in the room. And his command of substantive medical knowledge is impressive. Most importantly he communicates with patients in a respectful way and uses clear English (not doctor speak) and makes sure that all of the patients’ questions are answered.
