She spent more time asking questions and was more personable than in the past. I would appreciate if she would discuss the disease in some detail with me. I leave not knowing the extent of it, how common it is that it's flared up and any other feedback that could help me process the situation and additional follow up that will be forthcoming.

Dr. Amy is an exceptionally professional and skilled physician one of the few doctors in the country with her level of expertise, compassion, and precision. With over 32 years of experience, she brings exceptional confidence and mastery to her work, making her truly unique. Although the wait time to see her can be long, it is absolutely worth it. She takes the time to explain every step of the procedure, listens carefully, and answers all questions thoroughly. I am deeply grateful for her care and professionalism.

It was obvious she would Advocate for her patients looking for best outcomes. She would be someone you would want overseeing and directing your medical care.

Dr. Halverson is highly skilled and experienced. She evaluated, diagnosed and definitively treated in one day a chronic condition that other surgeons couldn't resolve over many grueling months. Furthermore, she demonstrates an uncommon level of empathy, compassion, and interpersonal communication skills. Receiving care from Dr. Halverson is the epitome of being "in good hands."
