Cydney takes time to explain the weaknesses and how the exercises will correct them. She pays close attention to my body position, listens when I say something feels wrong, and takes action to adjust the movement to relieve the discomfort. Each time I see her I gain greater insight and move closer to my recovery goal. Cydney is the absolute best!

She's make sure that you're doing the exercises correctly, always ask if it's comfortable and if it's not she makes adjustment. I practice at home and the exercises are working. I'm not in all that daily back pain now.
