It was great to do a teleconference with Katie. She answered my initial email promptly and was receptive to doing a phone conference. She explained test result and next steps to be taken. Medication order was sent promptly to my pharmacy and she followed up with a schedule for further tests and appointments. Very appreciative for her assistance.
