5.0 star star star star starAt my first appointment with Jennifer, I found her approached to OT very refreshing and low key, for she was very kind, very friendly, down-to-earth, and very caring, but also passionate about her work. She also was very easy to talk to and very easy to work with because she explained the OT exercises well and was very careful in removing my bandages and replacing them with a custom splint. Lastly, she was super helpful in several ways: a. She told me to message her in My Chart if I had any questions between visits. b. She even told me to call OT for an appointment if I needed a splint adjustment. c. She gave me a roll of special bandaging tape to use over my splint at night so that my splint would stay protected when sleeping. d. She intentionally scheduled my next OT visit with her on the same day of my appointment with my surgeon so that I would only need to make 1 trip to NM Oakbrook OT next week instead of 2 trips. e. When I asked her whether it was safe for me to lift a 1-pound weight with my surgical hand(which I need to do for my frozen shoulder), without hesitation she grabbed a 1-pound weight for me to lift with my surgical hand. Overall, I had a great first OT therapy visit with Jennifer Scott, for which I am very thankful.

5.0 star star star star starI was so amazed with Jennifer she answered all of my questions that I wanted and needed to know, and I was never given that chance or explanation on what to do how to do it and what the results will be behind it.

5.0 star star star star starJenny has helped me improve my range of motion and strength significantly after mastectomy surgery. She is very creative and tries to go at all my multiple symptoms with a variety of different exercises and tools to help. She is extremely skilled, and very personable. She easily connects to patients and is fun, yet skilled and professional to work with.

5.0 star star star star starShe always challenges me in very constructive ways; her massage techniques are good and I believe they are helping me to improve. I learn new techniques every time I meet with her. My progress is so slow, but I wouldn't be as far as I am without Jenn's guidance. I'm so happy she was assigned to work with me. She is excellent.

5.0 star star star star starJennifer was very thorough and knowledgeable in caring for my issue. She encouraged my feedback and addressed the questions that I had. She has always been caring, pleasant , and professional during our sessions. I have definitely been helped by her prescribed treatment. I now have the tools that I need to continue therapy at home. We agreed that I don't need to schedule any more appts at this time. However, Jenny has made herself available should I have a question about my treatment. If I develop a need to come in for more therapy in the future , I will certainly be scheduling with Jenny! I will also have no hesitation in recommending her to others! Marsha
