She could tell my daughter was nervous to have her knee be examined, so Bhatt APRN, said, let me show you want I'm going to do on the leg that doesn't hurt. This helped relax my daughter and gave her enough trust in Bhatt APRN, to touch the injured knee.

She orders all the regular tests and keeps me up to date on my results. I just wish the instructions were given a bit more slowly so that I can take notes and ask questions if necessary. At the end of a visit, I'm feeling that things are a bit rushed. Then I end up sending messages back and forth, waiting for answers. It's frustrating. Is it because I'm a Medicare patient?
