Melissa was easy to talk with & listened w/o judgment to my concerns regarding my care...each session she made adjustments to my care as needed...professionsl/knowledgeable & still friendly...because she worked with me as a person I feel that was instrumental in how well the treatment plan worked for me...Im glad she was assigned to me...

Melissa is a gem. She is a superb, highly-informed occupational therapist as well as a very caring person. She also has served as an excellent liaison between OT and my surgeon, Dr. Ostergard, Indeed, Melissa has been a major driving force towards my successful recovery from tendon transfer surgery.

Melissa is fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and supportive of the patient's well-being. She also combines a proactive approach to ensuring that the surgeon is aware of the patient's progress with an appropriate degree of caution during the OT process, especially if a patient like me tends to want to hurry recovery along. She is a gem!
