Dr. De is a very caring, understanding and a lovable doctor. She doesn’t rush you and she listens to what you have to say. If something in your health care doesn’t look right she will definitely refer you to another doctor. I really like this about her because the last doctor I had never referred me to anyone. I’m glad Dr. De is my doctor.

When I sent a message with a serious concern, she quickly set up a telemedicine call. She listened to my concern and adjusted a prescription. She even called back to clarify what to do if I had a bad reaction to the medicine.

My appointment was for a follow-up to a concern from a previous appointment. At my previous appointment I felt my concerns were not fully heard and this visit confirmed those feelings. Dr. De appeared rushed during my visit and made assumptions about my diet without asking any questions and blamed that on my health concern. Upon informing Dr. De that I will be looking for a new PCP, due to my previous two visits, she became defensive and blamed my feelings on her lack of care on rotating medical assistants and the workflow of clinic. At no point did she fully listen to my concerns and address them head on. All I wanted was for her to look into other areas of my health, medication, family history, etc to see if that could be contributing to my concern and that was not done, or at least not voiced by her that it had been done.

Dr. De was just the doctor I needed. She was thorough and I felt like she took her time to understand any and all concerns I had. Her bedside manner is the best of any primary care doctor I’ve seen so I’m very happy to have met with her. She also directed me to a few other specialist in areas she did not cover and was able to provide referrals which I appreciated. The nurse who helped Dr. De was also incredibly welcoming and helpful as well so the whole appointment ran very smooth!
