5.0 star star star star starI had an excellent experience with the neurology team at Northwestern Medicine. Dr. Iacob is one of the most professional doctors I have ever met. He takes time with every patient, explains everything carefully, and makes sure you truly understand your condition and treatment. He is kind, patient, and always has a smile.

5.0 star star star star starWhen i had my stroke Dr Iacob was the only Dr who looked at me and listened to me when I spoke to him or he to me. The ONLY DR! I never feel rushed and his head isn't buried in the computer screen. He's a Gem

5.0 star star star star starDr. Iacob is personable, measured, and a good listener. He uses the data he collects to determine a diagnosis and what next steps would be helpful. He is very competent. His explanations are clear and useful to helping me understand my situation and, most of all, to feel better.

5.0 star star star star starHe listened to my concerns. Came for a second opinion after a very negative visit with a Duly neurologist. Dr. Iacob thoroughly reviewed my current medications and supplements and ordered blood tests which may be causing the problem.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
