0.0 star_border star_border star_border star_border star_borderHe was rude because he was upset that I had the nerve to be there because he looked at my chart and didn’t see a reason to be there but I hadn’t been diagnosed although I knew I had a problem with my nerves and he did in fact diagnosed me with a nerve disorder and planned on treating me for this disorder but never apologized for entering the room rudely scolding me. I came there desperately seeking help with something I knew was going on with my nerves in my neck. I’m depressed from the constant pain and to be scolded instead of helped, I’ll never return to that location again

5.0 star star star star starDr Iacob is wonderful and has been caring for me for years. He is good about staying up on medication and suggesting alternatives when needed. I have never had an issue with my Botox for migraine.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Iocob is a great neurologist. He’s excellent at managing my medicine intake for my myasthenia gravis. When he’s sees something a little off during a MG test, like nodules in my thyroid and lungs, he refers me to another specialist and keeps an eye on it himself. He’s more than just my neurologist!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Iacob was very patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and provided me with an opportunity to try a new medication along with getting images done to further look into what is causing my migraines.

5.0 star star star star starI have never had a neurologist that explained things so clearly and kindly. My previous neurologists (Edward-Elmhurst) were just content that the medication was working. Dr. Iacob wanted to make sure I was at the right dosage, and was taking the medicine 12 hrs apart.

5.0 star star star star starDr Iacocca is incredibly kind…he immediately asked about my young boys and I was so impressed he remembered them and cared to even ask! He also is so down-to-earth and personable, using appropriate humor and is enjoyable to talk to. And beyond that, he is a physician whom we trust for his expertise and knowledge. He seems well-versed with new research, relies on partnerships with other specialists, and is thorough and attentive in his approach. So grateful for him and his team!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
