All the way from the surgical consult to post op, Janice has been wonderful. Whether it was a medical question or a question about hotels and parking, she knew the answers and helped me. I could call her or email her and she replied so promptly. I had a hard time believing how easy it was to work with her. She is friendly and personable too,
