5.0 star star star star starMy children have been seen at NM Pediatrics since July 2022. I have always been happy with the service. However, today, I felt Kim and Dr. Destefani went above and beyond for me and my family. I am a busy, working mom of 3 (still in diapers!). I brought my newborn in today for his regularly scheduled appointment. I also brought my daughter because I was concerned she was developing a new ear infection. I was told by the front desk that she would not be able to be seen, and I understood that. To my surprise, Kim and Dr. Destefani determined they would make the time to see her too, on an already busy day. Thank you SO much. You saved me a lot of time and sanity - sitting in urgent care with all three of my kids is a challenge! Kim and Dr. Destefani- you are both incredible and kind people. I will always recommend you to my friends and family!
