She was very helpful and really nice and I had an appointment with her months ago, but there was a misunderstanding with the time of my appointment. Then we reschedule and I overslept. Normally she doesn't give people extra chances if they miss appointments she gave me a third chance for an appointment and I am eternally grateful

If someone I knew needed help I would definitely recommend Dr Lal. I fought very hard to get her back. The same reasons listed above. She's kind, is very professional.

I explained some of it above. She is very caring. She listens to what you have to say. She doesn't rush your visit. She gives you good advice. She is very professional and makes you comfortable so you will have an easier time telling her what's going on in your life. Which when people suffer from mental health issues you have to be caring otherwise people will be scared and clam up. She made my day brighter today.
