Dr Patel was outstanding not only in her professionalism, her demeanor, connection with the patient, empathy, but also engaging with the patient to find the right solution was met with excellence. She took the time to really listen and engage. We need to have about a few thousand more of her. Dr. Patel has an amazing bedside manner. She takes her time to answer questions, explain medication issues and ramifications, and relate to her patients. I recommend her to all of my friends in the Chicago area. I even recommended her to my Northwestern Dermatologist, Dr. Garretson; however, she already heard positive reviews about Dr. Patel! This was the best doctors appointment I have had in the last five years. While I was not new to the practice, I was a new patient to Dr. Patel. While I know it may have made her run late with her next patient, she took a tremendous amount of time to answer all of my questions and concerns, review my previous medical records and discuss care plan moving forward. She also sat and looked directly at me while speaking with me throughout the visit. She was incredibly professional and thoughtful in her communication. She did not make me feel rushed. I am very excited to have established care with her and look forward to continuing my care with her.
