My Dr was very patient kind and not rushed she was extremely knowledgeable and personable her staff was efficient during the check in process and she made sure she didn't walk out until I felt all my questions were answered. I'm not a fan of masks since I rely on facial expressions and lip reading to process language so that's the only reason I scored a 9 and not a 10.

She is attentive, knowledgeable, communicative, generous with stime, understanding, ensure you understand diagnosis and prognosis, makes sure you are inclusive in the entire process, very conscientious of my mental health shortcomings and was very comfortable dealing with PTSD and understood what it is. I am very selective on my doctors because I'm very much aware of my PTSD and my needs to ensure it is always under control so I can get the best possible results. It was oner a 2 hour drive to see Dr. Patel. After 5 years of meeting with Dr's without answers she gave me a diagnosis and a treatment plan in less than 1/2 an hour. True to her words after the first application of medication, I finally felt relief.

Dr. Patel is a fantastic doctor. I have been fighting to get my symptoms acknowledged by my other doctors and Dr. Patel reaffirmed that there are treatments out there that might help improve my quality of life. I was again impressed by my provider's professionalism and willingness to listen to my concerns. Dr. Patel involved me in decisions about my care, offering solutions that my GP would not. I left the appointment feeling a huge weight off my chest and hope for the first time in awhile.

Dr. Patel was extremely thorough, spent ample amount of time discussing and examining me, and concise explanations for any information that was given. She was the first doctor over the last year that I've been fighting this health concern that actually made me feel seen, heard, and valued. She reviewed all of my information diligently and was able to develop a treatment plan and diagnosis without hesitation. This was so different than any of the 30 appointments I had previously at other facilities with other medical professionals. I can't thank her enough for giving me the ability to feel hopeful to start experiencing a sense of normalcy once again.

Dr. Patel's "bedside manner" was exceptional, and my physical exam was quick and painless - included helpful prompts and instruction on med application hadn't received from other docs, pace of visit was perfect-key questions asked and answered, Dr. Patel provided info about related health conditions and gave specialist referrals. I felt like Dr. Patel's approach was "womanly" - supportive, lots of helpful open communication, perceptive about my concerns, culturally sensitive, tx plan focused.
