Hillary Pham listen to what I was saying on my problem areas of the left leg. She gave me many options to help relieve the pain. She built (planned) a workout routine that helped me when I was ready for the next step. Always thinking ahead of my recovery journey.

Hillary has a warm and pleasant way of how she cares for her patients. Hillary is very knowledgeable of her job, she communicates in advance what treatment plans will be prior to starting my activities and then gently ease on into the work out.

Hillary is such a warm and caring person. She always listens to my concerns and addresses them according in the exercises that she incorporates in my PT sessions. She never rush through things and always checks in to make sure exercise isn't to much.

Overall I think Mrs.Hillary Pham is the Best physical therapist. As I was under responsibility in the North Western hospital and North Western physical therapy in Belmont Ave. Everything was 10/10.

I feel Hillary was attentive, kind, and had great bedside manner. She listened to my concerns and did a very thorough evaluation. I did not feel rushed at all during my appointment which unfortunately, happens quite often when receiving medical services. She took the time to explain the treatment plan and went over my personal goals for my therapy. I would definitely recommend Hillary to anyone who wants to receive excellent care.
