5.0 star star star star starShe was very nice, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on. She has a great bedside manner. Is easy to talk to, and was willing to listen to what I thought the problem was.

4.0 star star star star star_borderShe was thorough, kind, but with a virus, we didn't have many options for treatment. She mentioned things to watch for, which left me feeling more nervous than better bc my daughter was feeling pretty miserable that day and the whole next day. Still waiting for the strep culture call.

5.0 star star star star starShe examined my leg and let me know what my options were at that time She was considerate, respectful, personable and easy to talk to..She talked to me with the authority of a doctor while at the same time talking to me person to person ( or in other words not talking down to me).

5.0 star star star star starShe was giving possibilities of my issue, ran x-ray and had more information to share. Needs blood work to go further. Should have more answers soon. She did her best and recommended a Rx to help with inflammation.

5.0 star star star star starShe listened quietly to what I told her about the way that I was feeling and told me what she thought was causing me to feel badly, She was direct (but not too directt )polite , considerate ,compassionate and (in general )treated me well.

5.0 star star star star starSee above, but she was very careful to look at the wound, and make sure that it had been cleaned out, since I had gotten some/all pus out of the wound prior to coming to Immediate Care. I told her I was on prostate cancer treatments, so my immune system has been reduced of late (low white cells), so she reviewed the facts and prescribed the treatment plan.

5.0 star star star star starProfessional, compassionate, an excellent listener. She considered my two, rare diseases while reviewing my month's long illness and escalating symptoms. She showed genuine care in addressing my illness, especially, as she stated, given my rare diseases. I told her that I truly appreciated her care, especially because I've had many polar opposite experiences within NM...most often within Ortho and the ER at CDH.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
