5.0 star star star star starGulshan exhibited strong expertise in OT: able to catch up on my care, evaluate current state, offer on the spot advice and answers to my specific questions. I trust that if I had not been ready for discharge and instead needed more care, Gulshan would have been a great help.

5.0 star star star star starGulshan focused all of her attention on me and my care. Gulshan also developed a short term along with a long term care plan and goals for us to work on. She also was detailed in the exercises She wanted me to perform. She also watched and corrected me to make sure they were being done properly. Gulshan also made sure I had printouts and everything I needed to get started at home. Gulshan is GRRRRREAT!

5.0 star star star star starGulshan is incredible. She provides you with a full understanding of the therapy to come. She sets goals for the patient and works incredibly hard to achieve them. Her instructions are clear and on point for homework.

5.0 star star star star starShe was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet and very smart. She explained what was happening in my arm and what muscles and joints were affected and why it was feeling the way it was. She was also very understanding and I could tell she truly cared and wanted to make sure she took the time she needed with me

5.0 star star star star starGulshan Pandya is phenomenal at addressing any questions or concerns one might have while also being educative on the process of healing throughout the occupational therapy process. There is a sense of comfort in placing my healing journey in her hands

5.0 star star star star starShe is truly amazing!! I have made so much progress that it's like night and day. She is the easiest to talk to and makes the "torture" sessions fun. If anyone is injured and wants to learn to get back to normal she is the best in the country.

5.0 star star star star starSince my finger injury, I've worked with a couple of other OTs at a different Northwestern location, and none have come close to Gulshan. She's incredibly knowledgeable, communicates everything clearly, and brings such warmth and care to every session. I feel genuinely lucky to have her as my OT. Northwestern is fortunate to have someone like her on their team she truly goes above and beyond.

5.0 star star star star starMs Gulshan is a good listener; she always wants to know how I am doing. She modifies exercises as needed, showing and explaining thoroughly, observing and making sure I do it right. And most importantly, thanks to her care, my pain has reduced and I am able to do most of my activities pain free.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
