She went above and beyond, she was compassionate, She gave options as to why a lymph node is swollen. She also heard my concerns about my previous visit and how antibiotics cannot be given in immediate care. She also explained to me the difference between urgent care and immediate care. She didn't just look at me as a number or a patient, but instead a person that she was concerned about. Like a mother would so thank you so much Ms Laurin Ferguson!!!
