She is absolutely lovely! She listens and takes the time to give me hope when my other idiot drs dont. They watch their time throw bs at you and quickly move on. She listens. She takes her time and values how I feel. Maybe your buisness should learn from her. You have to being back customer service and not always make it about the buck!!
